CONSIDERING THAT

• Zancot Electronics does not function as an authorized reseller for the products featured on the site or included in quotations. Consequently, the products may bear codes from an earlier date or belong to a preceding production compared to those available from the official manufacturer and/or authorized dealers. When placing an order, any specific production years and/or versions must be specified by the Customer.
• All mentioned brands, logos, supplier names, and service names are trademarks owned by their respective companies and remain the property of their respective rights holders. The inclusion of logos from third parties does not imply any endorsement or association with the companies holding intellectual and industrial property rights.
• Zancot Electronics exclusively sells products for industrial automation on this site, supplying items such as PLCs, HMIs, Operator Panels, Motors, Drives, Sensors, Electronic Components, and related automation equipment.
• The Seller entertains orders from both consumer and non-consumer Customers. A consumer is defined as any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, professional, or craft activities. Providing a Sales Tax Number during the purchase process indicates that the purchase is related to entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activities.
• Only individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible to purchase products.
• The provisions outlined herein constitute an integral and substantial part of this Contract, and the Customer affirms having read and accepted their contents without reservation.

BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

• Zancot Electronics primarily supplies industrial automation products intended for professional, commercial, and industrial use.
• By placing an order on this website, the Customer acknowledges that the purchase is made for professional or business purposes unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Business-to-business (B2B) transactions are not subject to consumer cooling-off periods or automatic cancellation rights once order processing or procurement has begun.

TERMS OF USE

• The legal conditions governing the Seller-Customer relationship are those in effect on the date of the purchase order transmission and may be modified at any time. Any modifications or new conditions become effective upon publication on the Site.
• Prior to placing an order and proceeding with payment, the Customer is required to carefully review these Terms and Conditions.
• Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the purchase procedures outlined on the website.
• For any inquiries or communications, the Customer may contact us through
  the contact us page.
• The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all communications, notifications, reports, and documents relating to purchases may be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration or order placement.

OBJECTIVE OF THE AGREEMENT

• This contract defines the terms governing electronic commerce sales of products offered on the website:  ZANCOT.COM
  These terms apply to both Consumers and non-Consumer Customers.
• Customers may only purchase products visible on the website at the time of browsing.
• Images displayed on the product pages are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the product characteristics.
• Variations in color, packaging, accessories, or appearance may occur due to supplier updates or device display differences. The product description provided on the product page and order confirmation shall prevail.
• The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed and accepted by Zancot Electronics.
• Products may be delivered to countries supported by the website shipping system. Orders with invalid shipping destinations may be canceled.

PURCHASE PROCESS

• Purchases may be made through the website or through an offline quotation process.
• Customers may request quotations using the form available at contact us page.
• For offline quotations, the contract becomes valid once Zancot Electronics receives confirmation via email or official communication channels.
• Prices in quotations may differ from online prices depending on availability, quantity, or supplier conditions.
• Customers may purchase products either as registered users or guest users.
• After selecting products, the Customer will review the order summary and proceed to payment.
• Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders that appear incomplete, fraudulent, or lacking sufficient solvency guarantees.
• If payment has already been received for such orders, the amount will be refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability.

The website inventory may not represent real-time stock levels due to:

• simultaneous user access
• supplier stock changes
• procurement from multiple warehouses

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the Seller may propose:

• an alternative product
• a delayed shipment
• or order cancellation with refund

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages caused by product unavailability.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Customers may request order cancellation by contacting:     sales@zancot.com
• If order processing, procurement, or shipment preparation has not yet started, cancellation may be granted without penalty.
• Once order processing, sourcing, procurement, warehouse allocation, or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• If cancellation is exceptionally approved after processing has begun, the Customer agrees to cover all costs already incurred by Zancot Electronics.

  These costs may include but are not limited to:

• procurement and supplier costs
• logistics and transportation coordination
• customs handling
• administrative expenses
• banking and transaction fees
• payment processing charges

         In such cases, a cancellation penalty of up to 40% of the product value may apply.

• Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the Customer and must be trackable and insured for goods valued over $500.

REFUND PROCESSING AND FEE DEDUCTIONS

• Any refund issued following order cancellation will be processed only after deducting applicable costs already incurred by Zancot Electronics.

These costs may include but are not limited to:

• payment gateway processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, bank charges)
• currency conversion charges and exchange losses
• procurement and supplier coordination costs
• logistics handling and shipping preparation costs
• warehouse and administrative processing fees

         These charges are non-refundable as they are imposed by third-party financial institutions, logistics providers, and suppliers.The final refundable amount will be communicated to the Customer before the refund is issued.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

• All prices displayed on the website exclude applicable taxes.
• For consumer purchases, applicable taxes will be calculated based on the destination country.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• In case of pricing errors or unrealistic pricing, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Stripe Payments
• Bank Transfer

The Seller does not store or directly process customer credit card details.Customers are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

• Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.

Zancot Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier services
• customs clearance
• destination country regulations
• force majeure events

Import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.

PRODUCT CONDITION DISCLAIMER

• Products sold by Zancot Electronics may be sourced from global supplier networks.
• Items may originate from surplus inventory, older production batches, or secondary distribution channels.
• Packaging conditions may vary depending on supplier inventory, but product authenticity and functionality are maintained unless otherwise specified.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

• Customers agree to contact Zancot Electronics directly to resolve any issues regarding orders, refunds, or transactions before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
• Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with Zancot Electronics may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

USER DATA

• We retain certain data necessary to operate and maintain the Services.
• Customers are responsible for any data submitted through the Services.
• Zancot Electronics shall not be held liable for any loss or corruption of transmitted data.
