Global Delivery Assurance
- Zancot Electronics provides global shipping through trusted international logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Through special agreements with these carriers, we are able to offer fast, secure, and cost-effective delivery worldwide.
- All shipments are securely packed and may be covered by shipping insurance depending on the shipment value and carrier terms.
- For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the Customer.
- For business customers, it is important to provide the correct company name, registered office address, and TAX ID or VAT number for invoicing and customs documentation purposes.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed once payment is successfully received and verified.
- Depending on product availability, items may be sourced from our multiple warehouse locations. In such cases, orders may be consolidated at a dispatch hub before final shipment.
- Tracking information will be provided once the shipment leaves our warehouse or dispatch facility.
- Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system after dispatch.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Delivery Rates & Estimated Timeframes
- For in-stock items, the estimated delivery time is generally between 2 to 7 business days depending on the stock location and courier service.
- For out-of-stock or specially sourced products, delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and procurement timelines.
- Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control such as supplier delays, customs inspections, or courier operational issues.
Shipping Responsibility
Zancot Electronics will dispatch ordered products to the shipping address provided by the Customer using the selected carrier or logistics partner.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Zancot Electronics shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
• courier or logistics provider delays
• customs clearance procedures
• destination country regulations
• incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer
• force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay import duties, the Customer may be responsible for additional shipping, handling, and return costs.
