Thanks to our special agreements with DHL and FedEx, we guarantee fast and secure deliveries globally at below market prices. All shipments are covered by comprehensive insurance, and please note that customs fees may apply for shipping outside the US.

For businesses, it is essential to provide Zancot with the company name, registered office address, and TAX ID number for invoicing purposes. Customers are responsible for any associated storage, delivery and customs duty costs. Delivery times for out-of-stock products may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier’s timeline.

Tracking information will be available once your shipment leaves our warehouse. Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays in updating shipping or delivery information on the DHL platform, and tracking details may not be available until up to 24 hours after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched. Zancot Electronics is not liable for any delays after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Rates & Timeframes 

Estimated delivery time for IN STOCK goods is usually between 2 to 7 business days. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary due to potential delays in production or processing by manufacturers or suppliers.

Shipping

Zancot Electronics will dispatch ordered products to the address provided by the client using the specified carriers or forwarding agents. Delivery will follow the timing outlined in the order confirmation.

Upon receipt, the client must verify that the delivered products match the order before signing the delivery documents. This verification is done without prejudice to the right of withdrawal as described in the ‘Right to Withdrawal’ clause. Zancot Electronics is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure events, including accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or other events that impede, wholly or partially, the timely fulfillment of the contract.

Zancot Electronics shall not be liable to any party or third parties for any damages, losses, or costs incurred due to a failure to perform the contract for the reasons stated above.
