At Zancot Electronics, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair return conditions for industrial and electronic equipment.
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date by contacting sales@zancot.com.
All returns must be approved in advance. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels. Items that show signs of installation, testing, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned:
specially sourced or custom ordered products
items that have been opened, installed, powered on, or modified
products returned without original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery and keep all original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy.
