Return Policy

At Zancot Electronics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here are the key points of our return policy:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s box, packaging materials, manuals, cables, and any accessories provided with the initial shipment.
  • Exclusions: Zancot Electronics reserves the right to decline returns for products that do not meet our return criteria. This includes products returned without proper packaging or with visible damage.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: In the event that a package containing products purchased from Zancot Electronics arrives damaged at the customer’s address, the customer is advised to refuse delivery by the courier. Should the customer choose to accept the delivery, the following steps must be taken:
    1.  Record the damage on the courier’s delivery note for Zancot Electronics to initiate a complaint;
    2. Preserve the product, its original packaging, and any additional packaging received;
    3. Promptly inform Zancot Electronics by contacting customer service via email (sales@zancot.com) to arrange for carrier inspection and removal of the damaged product.

             Zancot Electronics will be considered to have accepted the product if the customer is unaware of the damage, has not retained the received product, its original packaging, and additional packaging, and has not notified Zancot Electronics within 5 days of receiving the delivery. This holds true unless Zancot Electronics has exercised its standard right of withdrawal.”

  • Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
