Refund Policy

At Zancot Electronics, we understand that occasionally, circumstances may require a refund for your purchase. Here’s how our refund policy works:

  • Cancellation Requests: Cancellations can be accommodated if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, once the order has been communicated to our vendors or the shipping process has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt. We will initiate the refund process after verifying the issue with the respective merchant.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. You are responsible for returning the product within 15 days of receiving the refund notice. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • Exclusions: Please note that Zancot Electronics reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions. This includes items not returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
