Refund Policy

At Zancot Electronics, we understand that you may occasionally need a refund for your purchase. Here’s an overview of our refund policy:

  • Cancellation Requests: Cancellations are possible if requested immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been communicated to our vendors or the shipping process has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 5 days of receipt. We will start the refund process after verifying the issue with the relevant merchant.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. You are responsible for returning the product within 10 days of receiving the refund notice, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
  • Exclusions: Zancot Electronics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions, such as items not returned in their original packaging, or missing accessories and manuals.

  • Once approved, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
