Refund Policy

At Zancot Electronics, we aim to maintain fair and transparent refund practices while considering the nature of industrial automation products and global sourcing processes.

Because many products are sourced through international supplier networks and procurement channels, refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation
  • Customers may request order cancellation by contacting sales@zancot.com.
  • Cancellation requests are only guaranteed if submitted immediately after placing the order and before order processing begins.
  • Once an order has entered procurement, sourcing, warehouse allocation, or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If a cancellation is exceptionally approved after processing has begun, Zancot Electronics reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee of up to 40% of the order value, depending on the stage of order processing.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • approved order cancellation
  • verified damaged or defective items
  • items returned according to our Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Zancot Electronics within 3 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • photographs of the product
  • photographs of the packaging
  • description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within 3 days of delivery may result in the product being considered accepted in good condition.

Refund Deductions

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for costs already incurred during order processing.

These deductions may include but are not limited to:

  • payment gateway processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, bank charges)
  • currency conversion fees or exchange losses
  • procurement and supplier coordination costs
  • logistics and shipping preparation costs
  • administrative and handling fees

These charges are non-refundable as they are imposed by third-party payment providers, financial institutions, and logistics partners.

Refund Method

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Zancot Electronics does not issue refunds to alternative payment accounts.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Relationship With Return Policy

Refunds related to returned products are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Customers must ensure that returned items comply with the return requirements before a refund can be processed.

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Zancot Electronics directly to resolve any refund concerns before initiating a payment dispute with their bank, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Zancot Electronics may be considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
