Return Policy

At Zancot, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Here are the key points of our return policy:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s box, packaging materials, manuals, cables, and any accessories provided with the initial shipment.
  • Exclusions: Returns may be declined if products do not meet our return criteria, such as those returned without proper packaging or with visible damage.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives damaged, you should refuse delivery. If you accept the delivery, please:
      1. Note the damage on the courier’s delivery note so we can file a complaint.
      2. Keep the product, original packaging, and any additional packaging.
      3. Contact Zancot Electronics promptly at [email protected] to arrange for inspection and removal of the damaged product.

    If you are unaware of the damage, do not retain the product and its packaging, or fail to notify us within 3 days of delivery, Zancot Electronics will consider the product accepted unless we exercise our standard right of withdrawal.

  • Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
